August 11-14 - Allegheny RAID in St. Marys, PA

We had a record turnout at the RAID but yet we also had a record turnout of Royal RATs at the RAID! (makes a Pack Leader smile!)

Stan laid out a route for those of us who were riding up on Thursday.  Stan, Grant, new guy Russ (on his '06 ST), Mike Gruber and I met at Buddies Log Cabin near Ravine.  Russ had hoped to ride to the RAID with us but his plans had to change.  He rode with us to near Sunbury and then headed back home.  His new ST is surely a sexy bike!

Stan took us on a route that included Rt 125 which was great for our small group to keep together (the loaded T-Bird did well with the STs and RSes though they did hold back a bit I'm sure).

We stopped for lunch in Mifflinburg before heading west Rt 45.  While on Rt 45, we passed a Bonnie America and it was Terry and Mary.  We all rode together from there.

Ed and Vern joined us along with Joe on Friday.  Rich and Tonya were there when we got to the Towne House.  "Big John" joined us at the pool on Friday evening.  I was so "tickled" to get a group shot of us all for prosperity!
